How do I upload a prescription?
After adding prescription-required (POM) items to your cart, you'll be prompted to upload a valid prescription during checkout. The prescription must include the prescriber's name, registration number, clinic address, and signature.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 2pm WAT.
Can I return medication?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items within 48 hours. Opened or used medications cannot be returned. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All personal and health data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We comply fully with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPA 2023). See our Privacy Policy.
